Sierra Fair

Sierra is a licensed master social worker who provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families. In 2017 she received her undergraduate degree in Counseling from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. In 2021, she completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work through Newman University. Sierra has several years of experience working with families in crisis, adolescents who have experienced sexual and physical trauma, and survivors of human trafficking.

She began her career in the helping profession as a case manager for a transitional housing program, and more recently served as the social service coordinator for a local nonprofit. Sierra completed her clinical practicum with the Child Advocacy Center of Sedgwick county as a therapist. Passionate about guiding people in their healing journey, she utilizes a number of techniques and treatments to find the best fit for each individual client. 

Some of Sierra’s favorite forms of self-care include doing puzzles, visiting local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband and son. 

Sierra is working towards her clinical social work license under the supervision of Angie Lynn, LSCSW.
