Katlynn Miller, Professional Counselor Intern

About Katlynn:
Throughout my journey as a clinical mental health counseling student at Wichita State University, I developed a passion for working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I have a particular focus on self-esteem and self-worth, along with trauma work, anxiety, and depression.
Through my studies, past job experience, and practicum, I have developed the skills to address a range of issues that are associated with grief and trauma. My passion is to empower my clients through a person-centered approach, looking at one as a whole, including social, emotional, environmental, and psychological factors. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions and develop coping strategies. My goal is to offer guidance to foster personal growth and overall well-being.
Some of my favorite ways of self-care are spending time with friends and family, exercising, and spa-nights.
